Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchanges 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Returns for refunds are not possible.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its tags attached and it must be unworn, unwashed, and unstained. The replacement item in the desired size must also be available and currently in stock. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not the correct fit for you. Exchanges are only possible for the same product in the same color. Only size changes are possible. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged, including replacement products. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-exchangeable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Returned items 
To return your product for an exchange, you should first book it by contacting customer support to arrange the return. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If you are approved, then your request will be processed, and a replacement item will be shipped to you. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not the correct fit for you. Exchanges may only be for the same product in the same color. Only size changes are possible. 

Shipping 
To return your product for an exchange, you should first book it by contacting customer support to arrange the return shipment and receive an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A registered and trackable shipping method must be used for returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
